Assign work from anywhere
We set up a supported messaging app you prefer—such as Telegram or iMessage—so you can reach your agents, ask what matters, and assign the next task in plain language.
Fee Finders AI · built for active wholesalers
Four specialists, one connected workflow: Acquisitions organizes leads; Underwriting prepares reviewable deal analysis; Dispositions finds buyer fits; and Transaction Coordination tracks the close. Message and assign work to your agents from wherever you are, while keeping final approval over outreach and deal terms.
THE APPROACH
Choose the agent that solves today's bottleneck or connect all four around the same deal. A shared command view keeps the next task and the decision-maker clear.
We set up a supported messaging app you prefer—such as Telegram or iMessage—so you can reach your agents, ask what matters, and assign the next task in plain language.
Keep the seller, property, analysis, buyer criteria, and closing tasks connected instead of recreating the story at every handoff.
Review assumptions, external messages, negotiated terms, and documents. Sends require explicit approval and compliance checks.
HOW IT WORKS
Each agent has a distinct job. Scope one or connect the team around a shared daily brief and action log. Every client workflow is tested in sandbox before activation.
Meet the agentsSeller replies, follow-ups, CRM tasks, and the next human conversation move into one priority queue, connected to the CRM you already use.
Comparable sales and assumptions lead to a range—not a magic number. Missing or weak data is flagged for review.
Documented buyer preferences inform a shortlist. Outreach and counteroffers are prepared for human approval.
Once a deal is under contract, deadlines, documents, and handoffs appear in the same daily brief. Humans review terms and external sends.
MEET THE AGENTS
Choose the role that addresses your bottleneck, then connect more of the deal flow. Packages are scoped and activated only after onboarding and readiness checks.
An assistant for the lead-to-offer work that usually fills your day.
A reviewable property analysis—not an unexplained estimate.
Turn documented buyer preferences into a stronger shortlist for each deal.
Keep the people, paperwork, and deadlines visible after a contract is signed.
SIMPLE, PUBLIC PRICING
One monthly service price for each team size. Select any mix below to see your price. Activation follows a scoped onboarding and readiness review.
$1,000 one-time setup for one client-owned GHL subaccount, initial configuration, approval controls, and sandbox testing. Monthly prices cover the scoped agent workflows and a shared deal view for one business. Client-paid GHL, phone/SMS, licensed property data, and other third-party usage are additional. Capacity and any unusually complex integrations are agreed before activation; no checkout or charge happens on this page.
Public package prices are for a scoped service, not a claim that all four agents are live today. Activation requires onboarding, approved data access, sandbox tests, and go-live checks. No leads, comp accuracy, appointments, deals, response-time targets, or around-the-clock coverage are guaranteed.
WHO IT IS FOR
These agents are designed for active wholesalers who have real leads, properties, buyers, or contracts to manage. Start with a specific job—not a promise that AI will find your first deal or make decisions for you.
GOOD QUESTIONS
No. Pick one, two, three, or all four. Every combination at the same team size has the monthly price shown above; third-party usage and data access are separate.
The monthly service price covers the agreed agent workflows and shared deal view for one business. Setup is $1,000 one time. Your GHL account, carrier/message usage, licensed property data, and other third-party charges are separate. We set workflow capacity and any custom-integration scope before activation.
No. It would show source-linked comps, assumptions, and a range for review. Property condition, missing data, local context, title, and deal costs still need human verification.
Its scoped workflow uses buyer criteria and interaction history that you are authorized to use—such as location, price range, property type, and prior feedback—to prepare a reviewable shortlist. It does not invent preferences or guarantee a buyer.
No. A human must explicitly approve each external send or a defined campaign batch; suppression and quiet-hours checks still apply. The Dispositions Agent may suggest counteroffers, but a human approves material price, terms, and commitments. Broad standing permission is not part of the current pilot.
Its scope is tracking milestones, document status, owners, and reminders—not providing legal advice or approving contracts, signatures, or closing funds. Those decisions remain with the responsible people and professionals.
After go-live gates pass, any approved sends would flow through the client's GHL subaccount and client-owned number, using the client's Telnyx connection. Agents would not send directly through Telnyx or from a Fee Finders or Wholesale AI number.
Yes. We can connect the agent workflow to your existing CRM, subject to the access and integration options your platform provides. We confirm the connection method, data permissions, and any custom work during onboarding. Approved external messages still run through your client-owned GHL subaccount and number, with human approval and compliance checks.
During onboarding, we configure a supported messaging app you prefer, such as Telegram or iMessage, so you can message your agents and assign work from your phone or desktop. Channel availability depends on your accounts and devices and is confirmed before activation. Messages to leads and buyers are separate: they still need approval and run through your client-owned GHL subaccount.
After your scope, data access, approval controls, and sandbox tests are agreed and the go-live checks pass. These are published package prices, not a promise of immediate activation or a working checkout.
THE FIRST STEP
Choose the roles around your biggest bottleneck. We scope the workflow and data access, test in sandbox, then activate only when the approval and go-live checks pass.
